Information we may collect
Scale That Works may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, organization, role, operating context, assessment responses, and information included in a business inquiry.
How the information is used
Submitted information may be used to review and interpret an assessment, respond to your request, manage a related business inquiry, prepare for a conversation, improve Scale That Works resources and services, and maintain appropriate business records.
Assessment responses
The Operating Clarity Assessment is a structured self-reflection. Responses are used to identify patterns worth investigating and do not constitute an independently validated diagnosis.

Scale That Works does not sell submitted personal information. Information is not shared with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes. Service providers such as Microsoft may process information as part of hosting forms, email, files, and related business systems.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, protected health information, confidential customer information, payment-card data, or other sensitive personal or regulated information through website forms or the Operating Clarity Assessment.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the business purpose for which it was submitted, related recordkeeping, and legal or operational requirements. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
